How to cleanse your body healthy?

Here, I want to provide a healthy way to cleanse your body.

1. First, brush your teeth 3 times a day regularly.
2. Second, shower 2 times a day regularly.
3. Third, long nails cut to avoid dirt entering
4. Fourth, Cleaning the ear hole regularly so that dirt does not accumulate in the ear.
5. Fifth, Wash hands thoroughly before eating.
